VETTING OF SECURITY OPERATIVES
Operatives are highly vetted with background checks and police clearances as a requirement. All operatives also get a tactical and fitness evaluation every 3 months. Operatives are required to do a monthly performance evaluation of the contract to ensure that client expectations are met.
